Unlike other communities that offer similar services, Fredericka Manor requires no entrance fees. Monthly fees include dining, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, recreation and other services. Monthly fees range from $2,025 for a studio cottage to $6,350 for a two-bedroom tower apartment. We also have two-bedroom cottages available from as low as $4,105 and a limited number of three-bedroom accommodations. Many of our cottages have attached garages.
