More than a wonderful place to live, Fredericka Manor is a community with a genuine core of family and friendship.

When our activities bus driver Tommy Arceo learned resident Dr. David Corbin was traveling to Guam, he arranged for Dr. Corbin to visit with his family. And Dr. Corbin brought back a slice of home for Tommy - more than 250 photographs of Tommy’s relatives!

Closer to home, our lead groundskeeper Jon Bidwell gives a flower to every female resident on her birthday… and somehow he still often manages to make it a surprise! This sense of kinship has inspired generations of families to make Fredericka Manor their home.
