At Fredericka Manor, art and artists are everywhere. Take a walk by our idyllic pond on any day and you’ll likely find a resident or two, like water colorist Del Alkema, painting attractive landscapes.

At our Front Porch Gallery in Carlsbad, we not only exhibit the artwork of our residents, we also celebrate those remarkable artists who’ve created them. The Front Porch Gallery also partners with community arts organizations to create an understanding of aging through art.
